I fixed up the SEKRIT PROJEKT siteblog… it’s a lot more colorful now!
I may have just made My Little Pony versions of my SEKRIT PROJEKT characters… check out the SP BLOG for more! :)
Once upon a time, I was going to do a comic entitled Case Files, which basically consisted of a bunch of characters fighting each other over who was the most flawed/emo. And they were secret agents. And stuff.
Anyway, I just found this Really Old Art sitting around in a drawer, and I thought I’d share it so you could all laugh at me. :3
A couple days ago, I spent a day revamping my entire portfolio site. It’s something that I’m going to have to do again for my photography site—but that can wait. The illustration side had been languishing for the better part of a year, and it looked like a bathroom. No, really, it had a blue-green color scheme and an argyle tile background. It looked exactly like a bathroom.
I think the new design—very modern, while somewhat retro—is pretty good. It’s easy to navigate, doesn’t overwhelm the reader with options, and presents information in a concise, easy-to-read way. I’m pretty pleased.
I do have to change web hosts soon, though, and I’m wondering which one I should go with. My current host wants $117 to renew for a year, and I’m certain I could get a better deal—especially because I paid $50 for hosting LAST year with the same company. I think I am going to go with FatCow, since it is only a little over $60 a year. My father uses FatCow and he hasn’t had any problems.
That’s really all I have to say about the website—please, check it out if you haven’t already—I’m off to work on more SEKRIT PROJEKT. :)
SEKRIT PROJEKT, page two, unfinished as well. Also no text, Anita’s mother has been yelling at her this entire time. :3
SEKRIT PROJEKT! Page one, with one missing panel and no text. I have three pages “done” so far (with two missing panels and one incomplete panel that will be finished later). I’m hoping to get the next three “done” tomorrow, so that I can insert the text and post the first six pages of the story to the S.P. blog! (The blog is the link I posted a few days ago, or you can just go here: http://www.toribeth.com/sekritprojekt)
P.S. Am I the only one excited about this? Because I think I am, lol. :3
